Persons over 70 and stretcher cases from hospitals and old peoples' institutions will be allowed to avoid queuing at all times during the general election on March 8.

A medical certificate will not be needed in such cases.

Persons who present the KartAnzjan and who are not yet 70 will be allowed to jump the queue from 1 to 5 p.m.

All other persons who are sick and unable to wait in the queue must present a medical certificate in order to avoid the queue and this facility will be allowed after 1 p.m.

Persons presenting a special identity card issued by the National Commission for Disabled Persons will be given the same facility without the need of a medical certificate.

The Electoral Commission will receive applications from medical officers not contesting the election for the issue of official forms that will serve as a medical certificate so that sick persons can be allowed to jump the queue in the hours specified above.
