It makes perfect sense that in our public schools, children whose parents don’t want them exposed to the Catholic doctrine may be exempt from class for that lesson, particularly because, unfortunately, the subject is taught as a doctrine instead of antropologically.

So it would also make perfect sense that teachers and learning support assistants who do not share the Catholic faith too be excused and replaced for this particular lesson.

Why should they be forced to teach a subject which at heart they believe to be total meaningless?
