• A car boot sale is taking place today in Marsalforn’s main car park organised by Arka Foundation in aid of its respite centre. Sellers are not required to book but are asked for a €10 donation per car.

• Infinite Mercy is the theme of the 27th edition of the ecumenical, socio-cultural event ‘Gozo International Celebration’, which will be held on Saturday at 6.30pm at St Joseph parish church, Qala.
• ‘The Road to the Crucifixion – A pageant of the Passion of Christ’ will be enacted along the streets of Victoria on Saturday at 7pm.
• Precursor Band will perform a sacred music concert entitled L-Akbar Ġrajja at Xewkija parish church on Saturday at 7.30pm.
• The diocesan Eucharistic Movement will hold a prayer evening at the Good Shepherd Church, Victoria, on Saturday at 8pm, followed by Mass at midnight.
• Fr Marcello Ghirlando will give Lenten talks at St Anthony church, Għajnsielem, from March 14 to 17 at 6pm. The talks are open to the public.
