Over the years, important files and documents have disappeared or have been misplaced while in court custody.

These vanishing acts also concern important evidence in the custody of the court, which mysteriously disappears from the strongroom. The most famous of these: the firearm that was considered to have been the weapon that had killed Raymond Caruana.

These files and items do not just disappear into thin air. To me, it is obvious that a well-organised criminal organisation exists to eliminate important files and evidence on order.

That this criminal organisation is allowed to continue to operate is unacceptable.

This “little mafia” should be immediately brought to book and dismantled.
