The following are the top stories in national newspapers today.

Times of Malta says former international footballer Darren Debono and three other Maltese have been targeted by US Treasury sanctions. In another story it says an Eurobarometer survey found that only over a third of Maltese people expressed trust in the legal system.

The Malta Independent says that according to the Education Minister students from different schools mixing on the same school transport was a concern to parents.
