Social and emotional learning and diversity is the main theme of a special edition of the International Journal of Emotional Education (volume 9, issue 2).

It contains nine papers on the subject by authors from Austria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Norway, Taiwan, the UK and the US, as well a book reviews section.

The edition is guest edited by Dr Therese Skoog from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and Dr Birgitta Kimber from the University of Umea, Sweden.

The International Journal of Emotional Education is a biennial, peer-reviewed, international, electronic journal distributed free of charge. It is supported by an international board of reviewers with high-level expertise in the field and is indexed by various international indices like SCOPUS, PsycINFO, ERIC, ProQuest, Google Scholar and Web of Science among others.
