He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Nancy, his sons Christopher and his wife Emma, Nicolai and his wife Sveta and Andrew and his wife Mariella, his grandchildren Ryan, Max and Amy, his brothers and sister and their spouses, his wife’s brothers and sisters and their families, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Karin Grech Rehabilitation Centre tomorrow at 2.45pm for Our Lady of Sorrows parish church, St Paul’s Bay, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3.30pm, followed by interment at the Ħniena Divina Cemetery, St Paul’s Bay. CALLEJA. On October 20, MARIA, née Farrugia, aged 81, passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family. She leaves to celebrate her life her husband Edwin, daughters Ingrid, Denise and her husband Dion Buhagiar, Edwina and her husband David McLean, her son Claude and grandchildren Kenneth, Kristina, Daniel and Peter. Celebratory Mass today at 8.30am at Balzan parish church. No flowers please. Hospice Malta, Balzan, provided remarkable professional care and empathy. They deserve all the help they can get.
MUSCAT. On October 19, HELEN, née Woodward, aged 57, passed away peacefully at home in a circle of love holding hands with her husband, two sons and mother. She was comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to celebrate her life husband Peter, sons Steven and Paul, mother Jeanette, widow of Rev. Geoffrey Woodward, sisters Jansje, Jane and husband Trevor, Hilary, Ruth and husband Andy, David Owens, nephews and nieces, in-laws, other relatives, friends and all who knew her. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.30pm for Pembroke parish church (Kristu Rxoxt) where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
