And in this one, as we promised, we are printing the first part of a story written by 10-year-old Manuel Zarb, which won him first prize in an international competition.
We think it's great and we are proud of the fact that Manuel is also a regular contributor to Junior News.
Make the front page!
You could make a start by making our front page. To reward our many readers we will occasionally be handing over the front page to you and/or your brothers and sisters, cousins and friends.
For example some of you may like drawing, the others may prefer writing. Together you could produce a great front page!
To make our front page all you have to do is send us an illustrated report on any subject you like, or gather a collection of your drawings and send them to Junior News, together with your name, age and address. You can also include photos.
If you are a competition winner...
As we told you last week, the system that held all the winners' letters no longer exists and a new one has to be set up. If your name appears as a winner this week, please be patient and wait for your letter.
Letters will go out again as soon as possible, so please do not phone, write or e-mail saying you have not received a letter. We will announce when normal service has been resumed.
