The Xarabank team and 11 of Malta's leading singers have adapted the World Cup theme song Wavin flag into an anti-racism message in Maltese called Festa ta' kuluri.

The song was produced over the past few days and is being presented in schools and other venues.

The singers who participated in the production were Freddie Portelli, Vince Fabri, Thea Garrett, Tiziana Calleja, Glenn Vella, Claudia Faniello, Ivan Grech, Mike Spiteri, Ludwig Galea, Maryrose Mallia and Wayne Micallef. The recording was made by Mro Joe Brown.

The Xarabank team has also launched the video of the song in which thousands of Maltese took part in what was billed at Malta's biggest dance. The initiative was held in Valletta jointly with the Akkaniti production team.
