The christening of Princess Charlotte has been marked by the release of a collection of touching family photographs.

The four official images are a mixture of the formal and informal and were taken by celebrated fashion photographer Mario Testino immediately after the royal baby was baptised at the Church of St Mary Magdalene in Sandringham on Sunday.

A relaxed image of the Duchess of Cambridge holding her daughter is complemented by another of the Duke with his son Prince George, while a third shows the foursome together.

The fourth is a photograph for posterity showing William’s immediate family with Kate’s parents and siblings – and the Queen with three future monarchs, the Prince of Wales, William and George. (PA)

Lederman was also fined 15,000 shekels (€3,630). (Reuters)

A mountain lion in San Francisco

A mountain lion has been spotted on four separate occasions around San Francisco in the past several days in the first such sightings in the city in years, officials said.

The lion, which was also caught on a neighbourhood security camera, has not been seen since last Friday and was believed to be heading south, the statement said, adding that there have not been any cougar sightings in the city “in many years” and never so far north in the city. (Reuters)

Sued for calling woman 153 times

Many people dislike receiving robocalls. Araceli King disliked receiving 153 of them from a single company.

Time Warner Cable Inc. must pay the insurance claims specialist $229,500 for placing 153 automated calls meant for someone else to her mobile phone in less than a year, even after she told it to stop, a Manhattan federal judge ruled.

The calls were made through an “interactive voice response” system meant for customers who were late paying bills. (Reuters)
