The Foundation for Human Resources Development is holding a workshop entitled 'People leadership in times of crisis' on April 6, from 5.30 to 7 p.m. at its premises in San Ġwann.

Leadership is a demanding role and even more important during turbulent times. Employees look at their leaders to provide them with answers, direction and reassurances.

The workshop, which will discuss universal approaches to leading people at work through difficult and confusing times, will be conducted by Vanessa Borg. Dr Borg's area of research is pragmatic, placing an onus on analysing the degree of stewardship drive required for performance optimisation, providing business strategists with a clear direction on the behaviours to be nurtured in the process of aligning employee effort to organisational goals.
