Lewis Hamilton starts his Formula 1 title defence this weekend with the first race on Sunday in Australia.

His team, McLaren, has disappointed in pre-season testing, but Hamilton himself says he is better prepared and better able to control the pressure. He said he expects a tough season but promises to give it his all. See Vodafone McLaren video above.
