American and German astronauts on board the International Space Station spoke about expectations ahead of today's Germany-USA World Cup Soccer game.

American astronauts Reid Wiseman and Steven Swanson, and German astronaut Alexander Gerst are in the International Space Station.

"I think it is looking good because two against one up here, I think the US chances are pretty good," said US astronaut Reid Wiseman.

The astronauts, who were giving an interview to ESPN's "SportsCenter" while aboard the International Space Station, talked about watching World Cup soccer matches in orbit, and talked about their expectations.

"We have this little bet going of course, if the US wins these guys are allowed to draw a little US. flag on my head, then again if Germany wins I think these guys need to shave their heads so we are all look alike. So in any way I am looking forward to the outcome of this game. I am pretty sure it is going to be fun" said German astronaut Alexander Gerst.

Mission control in Houston is sending the televised matches to the crew members through the station's communications system.
