Ingredients

4 lime wedges

2 tbsp sugar

8 mint leaves

250ml Tropicana Tropical Fruit (a mix of pineapple, passion fruit, mango and orange juice)

Method

In a blender mix together the lime and mint, pour into a collins glass, fill with ice, add the Tropicana juice and mix the sugar with a spoon.

Tips:

■ By putting the juice in first, you’re giving the blender blades room to get some momentum going. If you put the fruit in first, they may get stuck or clogged.

■ The amount of juice depends on how thick you like your smoothies and how much fruit you’re going to put in.

■ If you choose to use fresh fruit, you’ll also have to add ice. By using frozen fruit, you eliminate the need for ice – and when the smoothie melts a little, it won’t get as watery
