If I were to be asked to give a title to my letter I would be in doubt between An irresponsible Maltapost And An inefficient And Silly Postman (which would amount to the same thing since he is in their employ and thus it falls under their jurisdiction).

I had to absent myself from home for three days. On day one my mail box was filled with trash mail and bulky, unsolicited catalogues. On day two my mail was left hanging half way through and since it rained it got wet and soggy. On day three the postman could not be bothered and he just threw everything on my front garden's floor with the result that one can imagine.

At this stage I ask whether there is any entity which can put the reins on Maltapost and have them stop delivering kilogrammes of trash mail every week.

This will also ease the burden for the postmen who will presumably perform much better.
