Embellishment works are underway at St George's Square in Victoria. The works, which are being carried out on the initiative of the Victoria council, include the resurfacing of the square with porphyry slabs and a bronze fountain, besides the laying of wiring underground, construction of water culverts and the installation of a new lighting system. The design is by John Grima.
