Austrian broadcaster ORF commissioned the film 'The Miracle of Vienna' and screened it on the eve of the finals, attracting a large audience. "The more I worked on the film, the more convinced I became that it would actually happen," said film maker David Schalko. In the mock drama Austria beat Netherlands in the final.

Eric Hsu, the president of the Archasia Design Group, said that Ukranian officials had failed to provide key documents.

Riise: Liverpool have given Roma the green light to talk to Norway defender John Arne Riise about a possible move. Media reports that the deal is done are "premature", the Serie A club said in a statement last night.
