CASSAR. On July 13, CARMELA of Qormi, sister of the late Fr Gaetano Cassar, aged 94, went to meet the Risen Lord comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Fondly loved and deeply mourned by her loss her long-time carers Joe and Rita Busuttil, together with relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves Villa Messina Residence, Rabat, tomorrow for St Sebastian parish church, Qormi, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment in the family grave at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

FARRUGIA. On July 14, MARIA CONCETTA known as May, née Fiott, aged 58, passed away peacefully away after a long illness borne with fortitude, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Fondly loved and deeply mourned by her husband Joseph, her children Michael, John and Mark, her mother Ines, her sister Rita Perry, her brothers Joseph-Winston, Victor, Charles, Antoine, Harold and Edwin, her nephews, nieces, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
The funeral will leave Sir Paul Boffa hospital today for the Augustinians' church, St Nicholas of Tolentino, in Tarxien, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 3 p.m., followed by interment in the family grave at Sant'Andrija cemetery in Zebbug.

MICALLEF. On June 26, Anthony of Sliema, aged 60, passed away peacefully. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Helen, his children Demis and his wife Marygrace, Joelin and her husband Steven and Melissa and her husband John, his eight nephews and nieces, his mother Carmen and his father Paul, his wife's mother Domenica, his brothers and sisters and their families, cousins, many relatives and friends, especially his colleagues at Enemalta, Sliema branch.
The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital tomorrow at 1.15 p.m. to Lourdes church, San Gwann, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m. followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza will be appreciated. The family regrets it is unable to receive visitors.

ZAMMIT. On July 13, JOHN, ex PC 123, aged 60 of Ibrag, passed away peacefully. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife, Mary Rose née Refalo, his beloved children Roberto, Caroline and fiancé Carlos, Daniel and fiancée Katya, and all relatives and friends. R.I.P.
