I am not an expert in IT - just a driver. Lately I received an offer to enhance my internet. Paying a few extra euros, my internet would be faster than it is. As it is not so important in my case I did not follow up the offer. However something strange has happened since then.

I am sometimes connected to the internet and web pages at a slower pace than before the offer. Are there any experts to explain such a happening or is it just an illusion?
