On April 1, I received a text message stating that my "free Go mobile to Go mobile talk time bundle for the month of April has been activated".
I verified with Go Mobile customer care that same day and they told me that all calls to Go Mobile numbers could be made free of charge for the whole month of April.
So I started to call other Go numbers when necessary.
However, on April 3 at around 11 p.m. I was on my phone and all of a sudden my call was ended.
When I checked my balance I found that I had run out of credit.
I contacted customer care straight away and their reply was that the offer had certain conditions applying which were not clearly stated on the text message they had sent me.
All special offers made by this company always stated that certain conditions applied - but this was an exception.
I feel very disappointed since I have been a long-time client and found no help on this matter. It is a real shame.
