The Malta Self-Defence Academy is accepting applications for its weekly self-defence classes and kung fu lessons.
While the primary goal of martial arts classes is to learn how to defend oneself, other benefits include muscle toning and strengthening, improved balance and coordination and an effective cardiovascular workout.
