Sara Grech, the real estate agency, will be present at the third Malta Property Expo which opens at the MFCC in Ta’ Qali today with a range of offers and deals to attract a wide network of prospective buyers.

After the success of the open weekend at L-Ibraġ’s High Grove, Sara Grech will be showcasing the development at the Expo.

Sara Grech will also be launching Time Square in Mosta at the Expo. Customers will be able to buy on plan at pre-construction prices without having to pay notary fees under some terms. Notary fees will also be paid for buyers of property at Vista Point, Marsalforn.

Attractive terms are also on offer in relation to The Oaks in Siġġiewi, which include fitted kitchens.

All customers visiting the Expo and registering their interest in property with Sara Grech will automatically enter the BMW competition: BMW Group Malta are offering three prizes, one of which is a weekend at Kempinski Gozo as well as a BMW for the whole weekend of their choice.

Company chairman Sara Grech said attractive buyer packages had been designed with Elektra, Bank of Valletta, Edwards Lowell, Azimut and Fino.

Apart from lighting, the Elektra packages include vouchers and appointments for a one-to-one consultation meeting with lighting designer Gabi Cuschieri, exclusive to Sara Grech clients.

Sara Grech clients are offered discounts when they select furniture from Fino showrooms and Châteaux d’Ax for the furnishings of their property, with Azimut offering special rates on yacht charters and yacht purchases.

Bank of Valletta are offering Sara Grech clients special concessions, including the refund of processing fees after the contract is signed, a 50 per cent discount on the fixed interest rate booking fee on home loans, a free extension of the sanction letter validity for preliminary agreements in excess of one year, free 24x7 internet banking for the first year, a 50 per cent discount on personal loans processing fees, free Classic credit card fee for the first year, an overdraft facility of up to €2,000 with no initial processing fees and preferential rates on fixed term deposit accounts, with an extra 0.125 per cent added on for the first year only over the applicable rate.
