The postponed Santa's Biggest Dress-Up event will take place tomorrow at Fort St Angelo in Vittoriosa. The event, organised by Inspire Foundation, had been cancelled because of bad weather.

Children, youths, families and seniors are encouraged to attend the event dressed as Santa Claus, in red or in any other accessory that suits best during the Christmas season. The event starts at 11am.

Bouncy castles and children’s areas will be specifically set up around the fort along with a number of other stalls selling traditional delicacies, sweets, food, drinks and other Christmas-themed items.

Local artists, television personalities, animators and professional circus performers will be animating children and patrons along the whole afternoon.

Volunteers from Inspire will be also selling goods to generated funds and collect donations.

Television crew from the Public Broadcasting Services will be filming specific clips to be aired during the Christmas season.

Thanks to Heritage Malta admission to the fort will be totally free for everyone. Fort St Angelo has been recently restored in a €15 million investment. For many this will be a unique opportunity as the fort has been closed to the public for years.

Park-and-ride services will be available from the Fortini football ground and the Tuesday Birgu market area. There will also be ferry services between Valletta and Cottonera or else the electric cars that will be carrying people in the area of St Angelo.
