The second Valletta Grand Prix will take place on Saturday and Sunday, along the Valletta ring road. There will also be several pre-events between tomorrow and Friday.

The Island Car Club and the Malta Motorsport Federation will be responsible for the sprint runs, full circuit and drivers' paddock activities throughout the weekend.

They will also be in charge of the management, safety and control aspects of all circuit activities.

The Valletta Grand Prix has also teamed up with the Old Motors Club, which will be responsible for all pre-main events activities, including carcade runs to various locations, as well as the static car shows held at the Grand Prix weekend.

Vodafone has been confirmed as the official communications partner.

This year's Grand Prix has gone online with the Valletta Grand Prix Virtual Circuit and Show Runs, a series of online competitions and games running on Vodafone's Facebook Fan Page. This year's Valletta Grand Prix will also be providing a free news alerts service.

Seasus has developed the Grand Prix website, which is content-driven and provides the latest news and live updates, live timing, results and video feeds from vantage points along the track and paddock area. Live timing and sprint results will also be available via mobile devices at www.vallettagrandprix.com.
