Group 4 Securicor, the international security solutions group, has launched a new brand identity across its global business.
The striking new black and red G4S logo will be introduced across all of Group 4 Securicor's divisions over the next 18 months and will serve as a common symbol for the services offered by the group to its 120,000 national and international customers in over 100 countries.
Group 4 Securicor was formed in July 2004 through the merger of Securicor and the security businesses of Group 4 Falck. It is now the world's second largest security solutions specialist with a turnover of £3.8 billion for 2004.
The re-branding consolidates the success of last year's merger and the on-going integration process, the group said.
