The Nationalist Party has called on the Occupational Health and Safety Authority (OHSA) to publish in full all reports and correspondence submitted to it by foreign consultants regarding the proposed gas storage facility as part of the new power station project.

In a statement, the PN said the OHSA should not only fully publish the report by Dr George Papadakis but also all other related reports and correspondence.

The party also insisted that Mepa should not consider any application before the reports are made public.

The PN noted that although the OHSA was supposed to be autonomous of the government, it was now chaired by Labour MP Deo Debattista.
