The Nationalist Party yesterday urged the government to take further measures to strengthen small and medium-sized enterprises and improve their competitiveness.
The party praised the government for initiatives taken in the past few years, including the granting of land for industrial zones, a reduction in bureaucracy, and financial assistance, including tax cuts.
It augured that the budget would include a further reduction in costs and bureaucracy as this would benefit the wider economy.
