I would like to thank all the employees who in any way were responsible for handling my persian cat (Pumpkin Pie) back to the UK from Malta on September 6. They were exceptionally helpful, nice and sensitive to me during this time (it’s not only stressful for the animal but also the owner!). I was reassured my cat would be okay and be looked after until it was transported onto the plane. They portray a true love for animals. Thank you!
