As soon as David answered the phone, he asked my husband to take the shoes back, and took his details so he could ring him back to inform him of the manager's decision.

'After about a week, they rang my husband and asked him to collect a brand new pair at no extra cost. Well done to Marco Shoe Store. I know we will be buying our shoes from them and wanted to share this positive experience with you and your readers.'
