QuickLets has just launched its newest service, CoLiving Malta. Always at the forefront of new trends in the rental market, QuickLets aims to help an even larger section of the market by offering a service where potential tenants can search for a room rather than a whole property, thus reducing the cost of the rent individuals pay every month.
“This is another initiative that aims to really assist those who are looking to rent on a budget and are willing to share their accommodation,” said Mark Sant Cassia, QuickLets brand manager.
“Rooms are becoming increasingly popular, partly as a more cost-friendly way to one’s monthly rent expenses. Sharing accommodation has multiple benefits, as apart from being extremely cost-efficient, one can meet people from all over the world.”
Property owners are welcome to list any rooms they have for rent should they be renting them individually.
“We believe the market is shifting towards room rentals and with this service we’re offering to help out those searching for accommodation, whom we previously may have been unable to help fully,” added Steve Mercieca, CEO and co-founder of QuickLets.
