Communications group Go has unveiled ‘My Go’, its new unified online portal.

The portal allows customers to manage all their mobile, TV, phone, internet services and Home Pack services round-the-clock with one username and one password.

Until now, Go customers were accustomed to three different portals (Web4me, My Go and Internet Account Management) each with their own specific usernames and passwords.

Customers log on to www.go.com.mt/portal, create an account for free and begin toview and pay bills, check mobile credit, send free text messages, and avail themselves of other online services.

‘My Go’ is being launched as a beta version for the next few months while the company collects feedback in line with its drive to enhance customers’ online communications experience. Users are encouraged to fill in feedback forms.

The ‘My Go’ welcome page integrates the top key benefits of each online service where icons represent the different servicesavailable. ‘My Mobile’ allows customers to send free text messages daily, top up any Pay As You Go mobile number and check their credit balance.

‘My TV’ allows customers to manage their TV bills while additional features and services will be launched in the coming weeks. Users are able to analyse their calls with ‘My Phone’; ‘My Internet’ enables them to purchase more internet at home and on the move while providing access to internet settings.

Information is available at Go stores and authorised dealers. Customers may also call any time on 146 for free from a Go mobile connection or on 7922 2146 from any other line, or visit www.go.com.mt.
