Air Malta has inaugurated its new weekly service to the French cities of Nantes and Toulouse. Another route, that to Newcastle, will be added to its network from May 5.
This summer Air Malta will add six new routes offering in all a choice of 50 destinations.
Last month the national airline started operating to East Midlands and Bristol and this month it started flying to Cardiff.
Dominic Attard, the airline's chief officer strategic planning, said the new destinations will not only offer customers additional destinations but will facilitate connections for tourists wishing to visit Malta.
