As part of its international relations programme, the National Archives recently signed a collaboration agreement with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.

The agreement was signed at the National Archives head office in Rabat between Radu Ioanid, director of the International Archival Programs division of the USHMM and National Archivist, Charles Farrugia, in the presence of Magistrate Joseph Cassar, president of the National Archives Council and Rev. Joseph Bezzina, assistant national archivist.

The delegation, which included Ellen Gerstein, senior officer of the International Archival Programs division, also met the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Frans Borg.
