McLaren have submitted a detailed dossier to the FIA ahead of a hearing next Thursday in the industrial espionage case.
Team representatives are to appear before the World Motor Sports Council after McLaren were accused of unauthorised possession of documents and confidential information belonging to Ferrari. The information was found at the residence of chief designer Mike Coughlan, who has been suspended by McLaren.
Team boss Ronn Dennis, who has consistently denied any team involvement in the affair, confirmed that the dossier had been presented to the FIA
"I am confident the information presented to the FIA is the true account of all the circumstances surrounding this matter," he said.
McLaren risk losing points or being thrown out of the championship if found guilty.
