A man who lives in an apartment where German shepherds are being bred is holding the police commissioner responsible for not enforcing the law.

In a judicial protest signed by Edward Gatt, Joseph Gatt, who lives in a ground floor apartment at Triq Bwieraq, Birkirkara, said that the people who lived above him were inconveniencing him and his family.

These people had a dog breeding business called Grixal GSD and very often, his drains were getting blocked with dog fur.

He said he had discussed this with the family, who promised him their support and assistance but nothing was done.

He claimed that apart from all this, there was also a lot of noise coming from the apartment above him but the police were not enforcing the law by giving orders for this to stop immediately.
