Rosetta Thornhill was recently awarded the David Ashton Prize of the Master of Science programme of the Centre for Labour Market Studies (CLMS) at the University of Leicester.
Joe Gerada, CEO, Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD), which represents CLMS in Malta, said this achievement was evidence of the abilities of local students following the CLMS human resources programmes.
Ms Thornhill graduated along with five other Maltese M.Sc. students: Marika Borg, Nadya Bruno Olivier, Therese Piscopo, Clifford Schembri and Simeona Zerafa.
Mr Gerada said the FHRD's objective is to offer a wide selection of HR and other study opportunities to Maltese students.
A Vocational Training Programme accredited by the Malta Qualifications Council at level 4 will commence in November.
