Certificates were recently awarded to 38 educators from 15 primary and secondary schools and 21 Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) students who successfully completed their training in the Let Me Learn (LML) professional learning process. Educators Carlo Zarb, Claudine Sawyer and Lara Anne Brincat as well as B.Ed third-year student Veronique Micallef Grimaud explained that apart from helping them focus on their students' strengths, the process equipped them with strategies to reach different learners and significantly changed the way they perceive the learning process. The theme for this year's certification ceremony was 'Reflective practice - your food for thought' and University lecturer and process co-ordinator Colin Calleja stressed the importance of reflection for personal and professional growth.
