Although fourth year law lectures are starting today at University, Law of Obligations resit results have still not been published although the university deadline for the publication of resit results was last Friday. No reason as to the cause of such delay was given.

The European Law Stuents Association said in a statement that it was utterly unacceptable that a large number of third year law students were still in the dark as to whether they should attend such lectures or not.

"This appalling situation is highlighted by the fact that this result has left tens of students not knowing whether they have graduated or whether they shall have to repeat the year.

"ELSA Malta calls on all responsible parties, mainly the concerned lecturers and the Faculty of Laws, to remedy the situation at the earliest possible."
