A total of 104 super yachts graced the Grand Harbour Marina in the third quarter this year and pontoon berths remained full.
The company said this compares favourably to 96 super yachts berthed in summer last year.
It said that winter bookings have maintained the super yacht berth occupancy for the period compared to last winter while the rental price and the square meterage occupancy were increased.
Enquiries for long term berth sales remained strong in spite of external factors which continued to depress the realisation of sales.
The marina continued to benefit from the management role of Camper & Nicholsons (C&N) and as a result was gaining significant reputation as one of the Mediterranean’s leading super yacht marinas.
