I was overjoyed to hear that Maltese coinage would have an image of Christ on it. I suspect most other countries would be afraid to do so for fear of offending people.

I live in a country where a young Christian girl was sent home from school because she was wearing a gold cross and chain. The head teacher was worried it would offend other non-Christian pupils. I live in a country where at Christmas, some towns no longer light up the town with Christmas lights for fear of offending non-Christians, and no longer have carol services.

Where do I live? England.
