Dutch outfit I-F Space Invader is returning to Malta with a set at Tattingers tonight.

Local deejays Auralbots, Jamez, Acidmoths, 4Ace and Darvas b2b Jefaz will also be performing.

The electro pioneer is no newcomer to the Maltese techno/electro scene. He has packed clubs worldwide, including Liquid Club in San Ġwann. He produces thin, minimal electro and techno punctuated by somewhat obvious but inventively reconstituted influences tracing to late 1970s and early 1980s American and Italian disco and British new wave and techno-pop.

Nowadays he runs a record label called Viewlexx. He was also the man behind the internet radio station CBS (Cybernetic Broadcasting System), which got closed down in 2008 but is now one of four channels on Intergalactic FM, which is also operated by I-F, among others.
