Hungary came from behind to beat Malta in an U-21 friendly international at the Hibs Stadium.

Things looked promising for the hosts as after only two minutes Steve Pisani crossed the ball into the path of the unmarked Yessous Camilleri who stabbed the ball past Hungary goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi.

But the Magyars came back strongly and they managed to restore equilibrium on 28 minutes when Adam Bodi stormed clear on the right flank before sending a teasing cross into the path of the unmarked Futacs who cooley slotted the ball past Malta goalkeeper Steve Sultana.

Nine minutes from the break, the Hungarians took the lead after a well-worked move. Robert Lituaszki picked the steaming Kovacs who stormed inside the area and the Videoton midfielder opted to serve the towering Futacs who buried the ball into the roof of the net.

Hungary wrapped up their win six minutes from time when Tischler squared the ball into the path of Bence Lazar who rammed the ball past Parnis.
