Joe Buttigieg has been appointed chairman of Heritage Malta. The board members are  Prof. Joanne Cassar, Tony Degiovanni, Dr Peter Muscat, Dr Gerald Montanaro Gauci, Prof. Anthony Zammit  and Andrea Bartoloas as secretary.

Sigmond Mifsud was appointed chairman of the National Orchestra, where the board members are Ruth Vella Micallef, Mark Attard Montalto, Paul Abela, Maria Frendo and Alexei Galea Cavalazzi.

The Secretariat for Culture said the board of the Malta Council for Culture and the Arts is to be headed by Albert Marshall. Dr Paul Cachia is deputy chairman, and the members are Nicholas Depiro, Dominic Galea, Caroline Tonna, Frederick Testa, Jackie Scott and Joe Micallef.
