Frank Salt Real Estate recently published a guide book - The Landlord's Guide to Letting, offering tips and general advice on how to achieve the best rental price from a reliable tenant and useful information that renders the life of a landlord much easier.

Renting out a property can be complex and time-consuming, but the rewards can be considerable. Being a landlord is a big responsibility and by fulfilling this role effectively and efficiently, landlords can keep tenants happy and reduce the chances of the property being vacant for long periods of time.

The guide forms part of a set of publications by Frank Salt Real Estate aimed at providing clients - buyers, sellers or landlords - with more information to be able to make better decisions and to make the process of purchasing or renting a property as smooth as possible.

"We understand the challenges landlords and tenants alike might face when it comes to letting a property," said Edward Hamilton, Frank Salt Real Estate letting manager.

"Most of these are minor hiccups that could easily be avoided with some foresight from the landlord's side to provide the tenant with a better service. Through this guide, we hope not only to make a landlord's life much easier, but that it would also be of service to the tenant, who is ultimately receiving a better service and a better property from the landlord."

The Landlord's Guide to Letting is available from Frank Salt's stand at the Malta Property Expo (Stand C6), and from any of the company's 10 branches.
