Minute-taking and writing

A training programme in minute-taking and writing for University administrative staff is planned to be held later this year. Topics to be covered include using the right vocabulary, preparation before the meeting, note-taking and summarising, and presentation of minutes and the agenda. It will consist of five sessions held on campus during office hours, spread over five weeks. The number of participants will be restricted to 15 to ensure interactive course participation.

A minute-writing workshop will also be carried out. For more information contact Kristina Micallef on e-mail: kristina.micallef@um.edu.mt.
