• St Joseph School, Blata l-Bajda, is organising the Crowning of Our Lady in the school chapel for all past pupils on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The activity will mark the 50th anniversary since the foundation stone of the school was laid, and Mass will be followed by light refreshments. • A bazaar is being held at the Stella Maris parish centre, 49-50 Cathedral Street, Sliema from Wednesday to Saturday from 9.30 a.m onwards.

• The Friends of the Maritime Museum, with the support of Heritage Malta will be holding a seminar at the Maritime Museum, St Angelo Hall, Vittoriosa, on Sunday at 9.30 a.m. The seminar will focus on different aspects related to the life on a galley during the rule of the Knights of St John in Malta. Food typically consumed by sailors will be on display during the seminar. An exhibition of paintings by members of the friends will also be launched.

• Dar il-Kaptan is holding an Open Day on Sunday from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. The event will see many items for sale and car wash services. A Mass will also be said. For more information call 2145 0103/2145 0104.

• The Richmond Foundation is organising a self-help group meeting at 16, Antonio Agius Street, Floriana on June 4 at 5.30 p.m. Self-help group meetings are held for people who are suffering from mental health problems.
