The Foundation for Human Resources Development is holding a course as part of its Continuous Professional Development Programme entitled 'The essential hidden intelligence for business growth and profitability'. It will be held on February 17, 18 and 19, from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at its premises at 1 Triq il-Kampanella, San Ġwann.

Dr Katie Birch will conduct the course, which will cover intuition, a hidden intelligence for business growth and profitability. Research by Harvard shows that 80 per cent of executives whose profits more than doubled in five years had higher than average intuition.

Other subjects include how intuition works in your brain, building your intuitive intelligence, developing intuitive skills, promoting intuition in your organisation, how successfully managers use intuition, intuition and business success, and benefits of the intuitive organisation.

The objective of the course is to enable delegates to explore the understanding and practice of intuition, to consider how they can encourage others to utilise their intuition and to explore the benefits of developing an intuitive organisation.
