Everton manager Davis Moyes has denied a charge of improper conduct, the Football Association said. Moyes was charged for criticising referee Mark Clattenburg to reporters after the derby against local rivals Liverpool on October 20, the FA said in a statement on its website.

It said the remarks made by Moyes, who will be given a hearing at a date yet to be announced, implied he was accusing the referee of bias.
