Last week the University hosted the 14th annual conference of the European Association of Archaeologists. Some 500 EAA members discussed a wide range of issues at the conference which has become a key event in the archaeology calendar not only for practitioners in Europe but from around the world. The list of participants was impressive. The University and Heritage Malta were delighted to be able to showcase the island's history and archaeology to such an eminent group.
