Over 30 organisations, including private companies and public entities, are taking part in the KSU Environmental Fair between Monday and Friday. Exhibits include eco-friendly cars, places of interest to visit, such as the Wied Għollieqa nature reserve and the Argotti botanical gardens.

The fair also includes campaigns on car pooling, recycling and cleaning, and several debates. It will end with the tree-planting at Wied Għollieqa.

Science Museum exhibition

'Generation of electricity' is the main theme of this year's exhibition at the Science and Technology Museum at the Junior College Physics Department.

The exhibition is open to the public between 10 and 11 a.m. every Monday, Thursday and Friday, starting this Thursday till March 18.

The museum contains a collection of antique scientific apparatus and instruments, some still in working order, which should fascinate anyone interested in physics and engineering, or who is charmed by the fine craftsmanship of yesteryear.

Santo Spirito pharmacy open day

An open day for pharmacy students and lecturers will be held at Santo Spirito pharmacy at the National Archives, Hospital Street, Rabat, on Thursday.

This unlicensed pharmacy has been rehabilitated and equipped with organic chemicals, dispensing tools and pharmacy equipment used in the past.

Guided tours will be held at 10 a.m., 1, 2, 3 and 4 p.m.
